Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) with the user’s PAN encrypted.
Valid PAN (Permanent Account Number).
Valid mobile number and email address for OTP (One Time Password) verification and communications.

Step 2: Registration Process

Visit the ICEGATE website: Go to the official ICEGATE portal.
Click on the ‘Registration’ link: Find and click on the registration link suitable for your entity type (e.g., CHA/Importer/Exporter).
Fill out the registration form: Enter all required details such as PAN, mobile number, and email address. Attach necessary documents.
Submit the form: After filling out the form and attaching documents, submit the form online.

Step 3: Verification and Activation

After submission, the details are verified by ICEGATE, which may include a mobile OTP verification.
Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS along with your login credentials (User ID and Password).

Step 4: Using ICEGATE

With credentials received, you can log in to the ICEGATE portal.
It is recommended to immediately change the password and manage your profile.
